Job Description

SmartShanghai runs Shanghai’s best English language jobs board (you are using it right now).  We’d like to get even more companies to post their job openings here, and you can help us achieve this. As the Jobs Sales Manager you’ll be utilizing our huge database of companies to show them the possibilities for finding highly qualified candidates (like yourself) through our jobs board. 

You’ll also be working with the admin team in processing job listings (so there’s an administrative side to it) and following up on edits and request from clients.

While you’ll be learning a lot of new things here, we are looking for someone who already comes with a wealth of sales skills and can pick up the phone on day one to make the right calls.

Tasks:

• Cross-selling of jobs packages to existing SmartShanghai clients
• Build relationships with new potential clients (basically every company that’s hiring international talent in China)
• Process and follow up on job submissions
• Build relationships with potential partners (HR and recruitment companies)
• Build relationships with jobs fairs

What we offer:

The salary structure consists of a lower base salary and a larger commission structure.

Requirements

• Chinese passport holder
• No previous work experience required
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Available to start asap
