Job Description

• Assist senior property consultants in providing property consulting services to foreign nationals residing in Shanghai;
• Accompany foreign nationals to visit and choose suitable accommodation;
• Assist property consultants in negotiating contracts and ensure the signing of contracts;
• Handle relevant after-sales matters and maintain customer relationships.

• Salary: Base salary of 5000 yuan/month+maximum 40% high commission
• Insurance: Five insurances and one fund. (The company will pay for you according to the nature of the national legal household registration);
• Annual leave: statutory annual leave+company bonus annual leave;
• Benefits: After joining, the company is qualified to apply for Shanghai residence permit points cards for employees from other places. If the points are full, they can be transferred to Shanghai household registration.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English, able to communicate well with foreigners;
• Have work enthusiasm, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to challenge;
• Proactive in work, with good teamwork spirit and customer service awareness;
• Priority will be given to those with industry or sales experience.
