    Char Char is a modern bistro in the heart of Jing’an that’s staked a reputation based on the quality of their American cheese burger, which this very website has (maybe) controversially called the “best in the city”. Interiors are elevated and classic — bistro that leans into lounge / bar territory — and it’s a good spot for business meetings over steak dinners with rotating side dishes or low-key romantic nights out at your neighborhood bistro. They have ample patio space for warmer nights as well.
