• When will your photographer take the pictures?

  Please contact us to arrange a suitable time (Please provide an accurate shooting time, address, and contact) after purchasing the photography service. You can choose to have the pictures taken during or outside business hours (recommended).
  Shooting usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, and you will receive the edited photos within 3 working days after that. 

• What if I'm not happy with the pictures?

  Our photographers have many years of experience taking interior photos for SmartShanghai articles and directory. They will take professional interior photos of your venue, and do their best to present it at its best.  We will edit the photos to improve the lighting and colors. But we can't make things more pretty than they are. To guarantee good results, it also takes some effort on your side to prepare the venue well enough and tidy it up. If you are unhappy with the results we are however unable to offer a refund.

• Can I use the photos in other media (Dianping, Xiao Hong Shu) and my own website?

  For customers who purchase photography services separately, which means you paid 1800rmb, this service doesn't include copyright. For an additional 2.000 RMB, you will own the full copyright of the pictures and can use them wherever you want.
  
  For customers who purchased a yearly promotion package (above 12k) or Brand Stories (above 22k), your ads include the full copyright photography service (3800RMB), and you have the right to use the photos on all your other social medias. 

• What do I need to prepare?

  You will be in charge of tidying up, preparing the venue, and presenting the venue to the photographer in your ideal presentation style.
