My app tells me I need to download the directory. How do I do that?
The iPhone app automatically updates the venue directory regularly, however, you might sometimes search for a venue that hasn't been updated yet. If this happens, hit the SmartShanghai logo in the top left, and select Load Updated Directory to manually start the update.
Will there be more door tickets for Christkindlmarkt on the Bund 2023 after pre-sales sold out?
As indicated on the ticket purchase interface, tickets are currently sold out online. If this is the case, we recommend you purchase tickets for a different date in advance (available every Wednesday to Sunday).
If you still wish to attend on a certain day, the organizers will assess the on-site attendance for the day and may release some limited on-site tickets. If needed, please consider arriving at the venue earlier in the afternoon to make a purchase.
